The resources use a data model that is supported by a set of client-side libraries that are made available on the files and libraries page.

REST API to the courses of a federation for an external course billing system, e.g. for trainer fees and travel expenses.

Returns the courses of all course types the federation has enabled for the billing interface, whether they are published or not, including invitation-only courses. Each course is returned with all of its schedules, their location and the names of the trainers. No other personal data, no participants, no remarks and no attachments are returned.

Access requires an access token with the scope nuPortalRS_courseBilling for the requested federation.

Polling: each call returns the complete list of courses for the requested date window. A course that was returned for a window before and is missing now is no longer available for billing, e.g. because it was deleted, assigned to another course type or rescheduled outside the window. Identify courses by courseId or uuid and schedules by uuid. Please poll at most once per hour. Only compare the results of successful calls (HTTP 200); an error response says nothing about the courses.

Invalid parameters are answered with HTTP 400, an unknown federation with HTTP 404.

REST API to the event planner, a scheduling poll for teams.

Backed by the JPA implementation in this process — the former nuRPC round trip to nuPortal is gone, and with it the confirmation read-backs that were only needed because the old controller swallowed its errors. A transaction now either commits or throws.

Every failure is wrapped into a RemoteException so that MybigpointExceptionMapperV2020.RemoteExceptionMapper keeps answering 503 with the same body the clients already expect.
